Function Introduction of Plastic Pipe Production Line Equipment

The plastic pipe production line equipment mainly has seven functions, as follows:

1. Raw material mixing for plastic pipe production line

Add PVC firming agent, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials into the high-speed mixer according to the proportion and process, and the material is heated to the set process temperature through the self-friction of the material and the machine. Then the material is reduced to 40-50°C by the cold mixer; in this way, it may be added to the hopper of the extruder.

2. Part of the extruder of the plastic pipe production line

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion volume can be matched with the feeding volume, and the product can be extruded firmly.

Because of the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, and the heat transfer area and shear speed of the material are relatively large, which is beneficial to the plasticization of the material. The small diameter of the screw in the metering section reduces the heat transfer area and the shear speed to the melt, so that the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, it plasticizes the PVC mixture and pushes it toward the machine head, so as to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; and to achieve the goals of exhaust and dehydration. The feeding device and screw drive device of the plastic pipe production line adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation.

3. Part of the extrusion die head of the plastic pipe production line

After compacting, melting, mixing and homogenizing the PVC, the subsequent materials are pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the key part of the pipe forming.

4. The vacuum shaping water tank of the plastic pipe production line

It is used for the shaping and cooling of pipes. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a vacuum system for shaping and cooling and a water cycle system, a stainless steel box, and cycle water spray cooling. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a front and rear moving device and a manual device for adjusting left and right and height.　　

5. Traction machine of plastic pipe production line

It is used to continuously and actively lead the pipes of the cooled and hardened pipe production line from the machine head, and the frequency conversion speed is adjusted.　

6. Cutting machine for plastic pipe production line

After being controlled by the travel switch according to the requested length, active cutting is carried out, and the frame turning is delayed to perform flow production. The cutting machine uses the fixed-length work switch signal as a command to realize the whole cutting process. During the cutting process, it is synchronized with the pipe operation of the PVC pipe extrusion line. The cutting process is realized by electric and pneumatic drive. The cutting machine is equipped with a dust collector to cut Debris is sucked out in time and recycled.　　

7. The turning frame of the plastic pipe production line

The turning action is realized by the pneumatic control by the cylinder, and the turning frame is equipped with a limit device. When the pipe is cut by the cutting saw, the pipe of the plastic pipe production line is continuously transported. After a delay, the cylinder enters the work to realize the turning action and reach the discharge target. After unloading, it will automatically reset after a few seconds delay and wait for the next round.
