Troubleshooting of Plastic Pipe Production Line

1. The outer surface of the plastic pipe of the pipe extrusion line is rough


Adjust the process temperature: reduce the cooling water temperature, the cooling water temperature of the PE pipe is 20~25°C; check whether the water circuit is blocked or the water pressure is insufficient; the plastic pipe extrusion line should check whether the barrel and the heating ring of the head are damaged; consult the raw material supplier for the raw material parameters of the batch; check the core temperature of the mold, if it is higher than the temperature of the mold part, reduce the core temperature; clean the mold.


2. Groove marks on the outer surface of the plastic pipe of the pipe extrusion line


Adjust the outlet pressure of the sizing sleeve to balance the water output requirements; adjust the nozzle angle in the vacuum forming box to cool the pipe uniformly; check the mold of plastic pipe production line, sizing sleeve, cutting machine and other hardware for debris, burrs, etc.


3. The dents on the inner surface of the plastic pipe of the pipe extrusion line


Check whether the inner tube is full of water. For example, if water enters, the tube embryo of the exit mold is squeezed to close the cavity; the internal temperature of the mold is reduced; the mold is cleaned and polished.


4. The shaking ring in the pipe of the pipe extrusion line


Adjust the sizing sleeve to make the water even, adjust the vacuum degree of the two chambers, make the vacuum degree of the back chamber slightly higher than the vacuum degree of the front chamber; check whether the vacuum gasket is too tight; check whether the host material is uniform.


5. There is no vacuum in the plastic pipe extrusion line


Check whether the inlet of the vacuum pump is blocked. If it is blocked, use a needle to remove it; check whether the vacuum pump is working properly; check whether the vacuum pipeline is leaking; check whether the small hole in the middle of the core mold compression screw is blocked.


6. The external dimensions of the pipes of the pipe extrusion line are out of tolerance


Adjusting the degree of vacuum can change the size of the outer circle; adjusting the traction speed can change the size of the outer circle; correcting the size of the inner hole of the sizing sleeve.


7. The roundness of the plastic pipe extrusion line is unqualified


Adjust the angle of the nozzle in the vacuum setting machine and the spray box to cool the pipe uniformly; check the water level in the vacuum setting machine, the water level in the spray box, and the pressure of the water pressure gauge to make the spray volume large and powerful; check the vacuum setting machine and spray box. If the water temperature condition of the plastic pipe extrusion line is> 35°C, it is necessary to configure a chilled water system or add a spray cooling tank; check the water circuit and clean the filter; adjust the process; check and correct the size of the sizing sleeve; adjust the pipe guide clamp to correct the pipeline ovality.


8. The wall thickness of the plastic pipe extrusion line is uneven


Adjust the wall thickness of the mold; adjust the angle of the vacuum setting machine and the nozzle in the spray box to cool the pipe uniformly; adjust the sizing sleeve to evenly distribute the water; remove the mold and check whether the screws in the mold are loose in the plastic pipe extrusion line equipment and retighten.
