How is PVC Pipe Made?

PVC pipe is extruded from PVC raw materials and usually follows the following steps:

Feed the raw material pellets/powder into the PVC twin-screw extruder

Melting and heating in multiple extruder zones

Extruded into a tube through a die

Cooling special-shaped tube

Cut the PVC pipe to the required length

Application of PVC Pipe Extruder

The PVC pipe extruder produces pipes of different diameters by changing the extrusion die. It can produce pipes of various specifications in the fields of agricultural water supply system, building water supply system, cable laying, etc. It can also produce pipes, pressure pipes, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, etc.
