The extruder is one of the important core components of the plastic tube production line, and the main machine used for pipe processing is a single screw extruder. In the design of a single-screw extruder, how to achieve high-speed extrusion of high-quality pipes at low processing temperatures is a key technology. Our SJ single screw extruder with two stages style unitary design reinforces plasticization capacity and guarantees high performance and high velocity extruding.


In the screw design, the BM structure is combined with the barrier structure, and a special mixing section is added, which not only ensures the plasticizing effect of the tube blank, but also the material is in each area on the entire screw, and the melt pressure is lower. The pressure is distributed uniformly, and the shearing action is strictly controlled to obtain the ideal material temperature.


In the barrel design, a slotted barrel is used, and a specially designed feeding bushing with a structure is provided. The surface of the inner hole is provided with multiple inclined grooves to ensure high-speed feeding of the plastic tube production line. The feeding section is designed with A special cooling device to realize the temperature control of the barrel feeding area and isolate it from the adjacent barrel high temperature area.


Each section of the barrel has a temperature-controllable heating section, which adopts forced air cooling. The output of the extruder has a good linear relationship to facilitate simultaneous adjustment of the traction speed. In order to achieve high-speed extrusion, the gearbox adopts high-torque, low-noise Gearbox and motor power are matched accordingly.


Ⅰ. Cooling and sizing device of PVC pipe production line


PVC pipe production line process: raw material + color masterbatch → mixing → vacuum feeding → raw material drying → single screw extruder → four-color line extruder → basket or screw mold → sizing sleeve → spray vacuum setting box → Spray vacuum setting box → spray cooling water tank → spray cooling water tank → ribbon printer → crawler tractor → planetary cutting machine → pipe stacking rack → finished product inspection and packaging.


Ⅱ. Traction device of PVC pipe production line


The traction device is a necessary auxiliary device for continuous extrusion of plastic pipes. Its function is to provide a certain traction and traction speed to the preliminarily shaped PVC from the machine head, overcome the friction generated during the cooling and shaping process, and make the plastic The pipe is drawn out from the cooling setting device at a uniform speed. And by adjusting the traction speed to adjust the wall thickness of the PVC pipe to obtain a pipe that meets the standard.


Practice has proved that the tensile strength of plastic pipes produced in the plastic production line without traction is obviously lower than that with traction, and the output can be increased when produced with traction devices. The traction device of the PVC pipe production line requires the gripper to be able to meet the needs of supporting the processing of various diameter pipe villages, and can be steplessly and smoothly adjusted within a certain range. During the traction process, the traction speed must be stable.


Because any irregular changes will form ripples on the surface of the product and affect the quality of the product, the traction clamping force should be moderate and adjustable. There should be no slipping, jumping or vibration during the traction process to avoid permanent deformation of the pipe.
